No. The rate you see on our board or what we quote you via WhatsApp is the final rate. We do not charge additional service fees for standard cash exchanges.
There is no fixed limit, but for transactions exceeding RM3,000, we are required to record your details. For amounts exceeding RM10,000, additional "Source of Funds" documentation may be requested.
We generally only accept notes in good condition. Heavily torn, ink-stained, or outdated series notes may be rejected or accepted at a lower "damaged note" rate.
